Products are packed in sturdy boxes and on standard pallets, 48” x 40” in size and in good condition. Each pallet has a bottom and top protector and edge strip to guarantee a safe shipment.

Our dehydrated food grade products all meet U.S. food safety standards, American Dehydration Onion and Garlic Association (ADOGA) specifications, and Kosher certification requirements by the Orthodox Union.

Using a unique resource of high mountain garlic and a unique process that can simultaneously prevent the premature loss of Allicin and preserve the Allinase enzyme that is the converter of the Alliin into Allicin, Harmoni Pharm produces powder or granulated garlic with the highest potential yield of Allicin suitable for nutraceutical and pharmaceutical processes. The stabilization of Allicin potential is executed without chemical preservatives and additives.
Our nutraceutical garlic has been approved as high potency garlic for tabulating and/or encapsulating.
