As both the grower and processor, we have the advantage of inspecting the process from the initial stage of planting the seed until the final product is shipped out.
Facilities & Labs
Quality is our #1 priority. Harmoni's state-of-the-art manufacturing plants including cold storage processing, steam tunnel driers, and IQF facilities all follow GMP practices, TQM procedures, SSOPs and HACCP plans. They are audited by third parties periodically.
Our modern facilities are supported by R&D and technical professionals. They routinely test the water and soil and check equipment surfaces and worker's hands. And further, carefully test each batch of product from the very beginning, throughout the process, until finish. Each lot of finished product is tested for E. coli, Salmonella, chemical residues, heavy metals and so on. Testing includes chemical, physical, microbial and validation. Most of our tests are verified by accredited laboratories in the United States. Every finished product is released with a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Further, all our facilities are Kosher certified, and audited by the Orthodox Union. We also have a professional team of U.S. consultants, Quality Assurance personnel, and executives that works with our industrial unit, training them in the latest supply chain activities and auditing them to comply with all applicable US regulations, including HACCP, pest control, sanitation, allergen management, and traceability.
